【業務内容】
■採用戦略・実行
・採用計画の策定、計画を実現するための戦略立案
・多様な採用手法の活用と改善
・採用オペレーションの設計・実行
■育成・組織開発・タレントマネジメント
・育成プログラムの企画・運用
・タレントマネジメントの設計・推進(社員の能力を最大限に発揮させる施策の策定)
・人材配置の最適化(事業成長に貢献できる適材適所の配置戦略の立案・実行)
・組織課題の特定と改善策の提案・推進
・人事制度の改善・運用
組織構成
課長代理:30代男性(総務、労務)
一般職:20代女性(新卒採用、育成)

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
事業会社での人事経験(目安:5年以上)
【歓迎要件】
ベンチャー企業の人事部門にて経営層と折衝しながら戦略立案から実行まで行われてきた方
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 1000 万円
賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
■賞与:年2回(6月、12月)
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
