マーケティングマネージャーは、日本市場におけるの成長を推進する重要な役割を担います。理想の候補者は、特にソフトウェアおよび家具業界でのB2Bマーケティングの成功経験を持っていることが望ましいです。マーケティングマネージャーは、市場ニーズの創出、ブランド認知度の向上、および売上成長を促進するためのマーケティング戦略の策定と実行を担当します。
主な業務内容
- オンライン・オフラインのイベント企画、顧客インタビュー、GTMツールキット製作など、日本市場に適したB2B総合マーケティング戦略を立案・実行し、ブランディングと現地化GTM戦略の定着を推進します。
- デジタルマーケティング、ソーシャルメディア、メールマーケティングなどのマルチチャネルマーケティング活動の管理・最適化を通じて、ユーザー登録数、ブランド認知度、リード獲得を促進します。
- 市場計画、ペルソナ分析、ユーザー運営の最適化に精通し、現地のコンテンツや業界エコシステムを活用し、トップデザイナーやチャネルを導入してローカライズコンテンツ作成力を強化します。
- 日本の主要メディア、インフルエンサー、業界パートナーとの良好な関係構築・維持を行います。
- 日本市場の最新のマーケティングトレンドや技術動向を常に把握します。
- 同時に、韓国市場の発展の潜在力を探索する机会があって、現地化市場の開拓の策略を制定して推進します。
応募資格
- マーケティングまたは関連分野の学士号以上。
- 3〜5年のB2Bマーケティング経験、特にソフトウェア、家具、またはデザイン業界での経験が望ましい。
- マーケティングキャンペーンの企画・実行に成功した実績。
- 現地市場環境および消費者行動に関する深い理解。
- マーケティング活動のパフォーマンスを追跡・評価できる優れたデータ分析能力。
- 優れたコミュニケーション力と対人スキルを持ち、強固な人間関係を築けること。
- 日本語および英語または中国語に堪能で、優れた口頭・書面表現力を有すること。
- デザインや技術への情熱、3DデザインやSaaS業界への深い理解(歓迎要件)
