About the Role

We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive
with a strong background in
Direct Sales
for the
Power Generation or Data Center
sectors. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who can manage high-value client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver turnkey energy solutions to the Japanese market.

You will oversee end-to-end sales activities — from lead generation and proposal development to project closure — while collaborating with cross-functional engineering, project, and service teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand existing
    Data Center and Power Generation accounts
    across Japan.
  • Identify, pursue, and close
    new business opportunities
    within the Data Center market.
  • Develop
    long-term growth strategies
    for key accounts, focusing on turnkey power solutions (equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and service agreements).
  • Prepare detailed
    technical and commercial proposals
    , including tenders, specifications, terms & conditions, and complete project scopes.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, project management, service, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve or exceed annual
    sales targets and KPIs
    .
  • Monitor and analyze
    market trends
    and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM and internal sales systems.
  • Uphold the company's standards of
    integrity, ethics, and professionalism
    in all business activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in
    Engineering, Business, or a related field
    .
  • Minimum
    5 years of direct sales experience
    in the
    Data Center, Power Generation, or Energy Solutions
    industries.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle sales — from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
  • Strong technical understanding of
    power generation systems, gensets, or data center infrastructure
    .
  • Excellent
    negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    .
  • Fluent in
    Japanese (Native / JLPT N1 or N2)
    and proficient in
    English (spoken and written)
    .
  • Willingness to
    travel domestically and internationally
    (approx. 30%).
  • Must have a
    valid work visa or legal right to work in Japan
    .
