As human resources and businesses diversify and expand, HR is required to actively promote not only stable operations but also business improvement and efficiency.

Group Human Resources Department consists of various HR functions such as payroll, training, recruiting and HRBP. Why We Hire
As our company continues to grow and diversify, we need to improve our HR operations. We are looking for someone who will be mainly responsible for payroll, social insurance procedures, personnel cost management, and VISA renewal support.
*Please note that junior specs candidates are not considered for this position.
Position Details
Management of outsourcers for the following tasks, response to inquiries from employees, and planning and execution of work flow improvements
Payroll calculation (including resident tax and year-end adjustment)
Various social insurance procedures (in cooperation with social insurance consultants)
Management of personnel expenses (in cooperation with accounting and tax departments)
Collection and management of My Number, etc.
Visa renewal support (in cooperation with administrative scrivener)
Other related work
*You will be required to participate in PJTs within your team, as well as PJTs conducted beyond your team.
Mandatory Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in HR at a business company, BPO or HR consulting firm
A business company or the company which provided HR operation by BPO or HR consulting firm has more than 5,000 employees
Experience in improving work flow involving several members in HR operations
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in using COPMANY (payroll system)
Experience in system implementation
Experience in human management of multiple people
