・バリューチェーン本部では、三菱重工グループ全体のバリューチェーン強化の役割を担っており、設計・製造・調達・品証・プロジェクトマネジメントの強化に向けた活動や環境管理・エネルギー管理、人材育成など、様々な活動を行っています。

・当社グループは、2040年度をゴールとしたカーボンニュートラルの統合事業戦略(MISSION NET ZERO)を打ち出し、革新的技術、製品、サービスの提供による事業活動を通じて、社会的な課題解決への貢献を目指しています。

・MHIグループの事業の成長とともにグループ全体の気候変動対策・事業所環境管理が急務となる中、当本部(当グループ)の役割は重要性を増しており、事業と自己の成長を共に目指す人材を募集します。

仕事内容
・当グループの担当業務である三菱重工グループ全体における以下2つの分野いずれか/双方を担当し、推進頂きます。

①サステナビリティ(主に気候変動)関連業務全般(Scope1,2,3データの収集・開示、SSBJ基準(有報開示対応)

・CDP等対応、GX-ETS関連法令他)の企画~実践

②環境管理業務全般(環境監査、環境法令遵守対応、廃棄物管理他)の企画~実践

仕事のやりがい・魅力
・サステナビリティ(主に気候変動)関連業務、環境管理業務は、企業経営において欠かせない重要な役割を担っており、当ポジションは、MHIグループ全体の気候変動関連・環境管理全般の統制を担う部署での業務となります。

・社内の様々な立場(事業部門・コーポレート部門)の方々とやりとりしながら仕事を進めるため、大変さもありますが、責任あるポジションとして、その分やりがいも大きく、組織全体の環境対応をリードする実感を持って働くことができます。

働き方
・勤務形態は、本社(丸の内)への出社となります。(リモートワーク;要相談)

・担当業務によっては日帰り~1泊程度の出張が月数回あります。

・残業時間は月20~30時間程度です。

求める能力・経験
【必須】

・製造業におけるサステナビリティ関連(環境、気候変動分野)の業務を3年以上、もしくは準じる経験

・三菱重工グループの環境管理について、社内外の様々な立場・意見の人々と対話・協議し、グループ全体の課題抽出、対策の立案、計画、実行ができるコミュニケーション能力・業務遂行能力

・想定外の事態にも冷静に対処できる柔軟な対応力

・PowerPoint・Excel・Word等での資料作成能力

【歓迎】

①サステナビリティ関連業務

・国内法(省エネ法、温対法)の知識、事業所もしくは全社取り纏め、届出の経験

・気候変動に関する国際的な規制や動向(ISSB、SSBJ、TCFD、CSRD、SEC等)に関する知見

・GHGプロトコル(Scope1,2,3)の知識

・CDP、DJBICI他 ESG評価機関調査の対応、環境データ第三者保証取得業務の経験

・TOEIC700点以上の語学力

②環境管理業務

・化学系に関する基礎的な知識、環境関連の公的資格を保有(公害防止管理者など)

・工場における行政・地域対応などの実行経験、ISO14001の運用経験があること

・TOEIC500点以上の語学力
