【仕事内容】
国内トップシェアを誇る産業用シール製品メーカーの同社において、アセアン地域もしくは欧州・東アジア地域の海外営業を担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
・海外拠点及び海外販売店の業績管理
海外拠点から上がってきた数値の分析をし、役員・本部長クラスへのレポーティングを実施
・各種戦略・拡販フォロー
レポーティングを踏まえた戦略や企画の立案および進捗管理
・成功事例展開
・海外マーケティング、新規サービス企画
事業拡大を図り、市場分析およびマーケティングを担う
※オンラインにて月に1回程度、海外拠点とのMTGがあります
【募集背景】
直近、組織全体の生産性、品質、効率性を向上させることを目的とし、様々な改革を起こしています。今後は海外事業の売り上げを増加させていくために、海外拠点や現地販売店の業績管理やマーケット分析を通した新規サービス開発に注力していきます。
非常に自由度が高く、裁量も大きい営業となりますので今までのご経験を活かし、同部署をけん引いただける方が求められています。
