TBMは、2011年の創業以来、気候変動や資源枯渇といった地球規模の環境・社会課題に挑むGX分野(カーボンニュートラル/サーキュラーエコノミー)のユニコーン・スタートアップです。
環境配慮型の新素材LIMEX(CO2由来、鉱物由来のプラスチック代替素材)や再生材の開発、プラスチックのリサイクル工場の運営を通じて、圧倒的な規模とスピードで挑戦を続けています。

TBM(Times Bridge Management)には、「進みたい未来へ、橋を架ける」 という想いが込められています。第二創業期とも言えるTBMは、サステナビリティを経営の根幹に据えて、GX(グリーントランスフォーメーション)分野で環境配慮型の素材のビジネス、資源及び炭素循環ビジネスを通じて、脱炭素と循環型社会の形成を目指す研究開発型(ディープテック)のスタートアップです。グローバルに新素材と資源循環のモデルを普及させるサプライチェーンの構築が進んでいます。
数少ない日本のユニコーン企業として、サステナビリティ(持続可能性)のビジネス領域でグローバルのトップ・プレイヤーになることを目指しています。
事業の主軸は、炭酸カルシウム(石灰石、CO2由来)などの無機物を主原料とする新素材LIMEXや再生材の開発及びLIMEX素材、再生材を使用した製品の製造・販売、そして、昨今、大きな課題となっているプラスチックの資源循環を促進するための資源循環事業です。
プラスチックに代わる新素材LIMEXは、カンブリア宮殿、WBS、ガイアの夜明け、Forbes、ブルームバーグなど多くのメディアで注目を頂いています。また、2019年、日本経済新聞「NEXTユニコーン調査」にて、弊社は日本で史上6社目のユニコーン企業となり、現在、国内のスタートアップの中でTOP10にランクインする企業価値(日本経済新聞 NEXTユニコーン調査 推計企業価値1,339億円)となっています。

仕事内容
LIMEXをはじめとする環境配慮型素材でユニコーン企業へと成長したTBMが、次なる柱として「AI事業」を本格始動させます。
すでにフェーズ1である「AI研修・コンサルティング事業」は立ち上げ2ヶ月で粗利を創出し、PMFを達成。今後はフェーズ2として、製造業を中心とした顧客基盤に対し、業務効率化ツールの開発、大規模受託開発、そして自社SaaSプロダクトローンチ(フェーズ3)を目指します。
本ポジションは、単なる開発者ではなく、TBMのAI事業のコアメンバーとして、技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計、PoCからプロダクト実装までを一貫してリードしていただく「創業エンジニア」に近い立ち位置です。
■ご経験と志向性に応じ、以下のフェーズを推進いただきます。
1. 業務効率化ツール・受託開発(現在~中期)
-社内・社外向けAIツールの開発:OCR機能を活用したアナログデータ(FAX受注、CSV化など)のデジタル化・自動化ツールの実装、社内でPoCを行い成果が出たツールの外販化(SaaSの種まき)
-大規模受託案件のリード:クライアントの課題ヒアリングから要件定義、設計
予算規模1億円クラスの大型DX/AI導入プロジェクトの技術リード
-開発体制の構築:正社員コアメンバーとしての内製開発および外部パートナーベンダーのコントロール
2. 自社プロダクト発
蓄積したノウハウと顧客基盤を活かした、製造業特化型AI SaaSの企画・開発(0→1)

・NLP技術、またはLLM(OpenAI API, LangChain等)を活用したプロダクト開発またはPoCの経験(1年以上)
・理工系学部(特に情報工学、AI関連)卒
