課長候補として自社開発案件における用地仕入および部署のマネジメントを担当いただきます。

・不動産仲介業者から用地の情報収集

・相場調査から収支計画書の作成

・土地の選定、買付

・契約手続き

・部署メンバーのマネジメント

・担当施設は投資賃貸マンション、賃貸アパート(MIJAS、ELFARO)等です。

・情報収集手段は不動産仲介会社です。

・担当地域は東京都内が中心です。

・残業時間は月20~30時間です。

・募集背景は開発案件増加に伴う増員募集です。

・試用期間中の条件変更はございません。

・定年60歳(再雇用制度65歳)です。

・賞与は年2回(4月、10月/昨年度実績9.1ヵ月分)です。

・インセンティブ制度(個人やチームの制約に応じて支給)がございます。

・休日出勤の場合は振替休日を取得いただきます。

・転勤はございません。

・出張はございません。
