【新規拠点立ち上げ/マーケティング・用地仕入~建設・リノベまで一貫して担う部署】

■募集背景:

現在は名古屋に拠点がありますが、好調な会員権販売に裏打ちされた旺盛な新規開発需要に応えるべく、新たに東京オフィス(東京開発室)を立ち上げることとなりました。

東日本エリアを中心とした物件情報の収集、行政官庁や設計事務所、建設会社との各種協議、新規建設案件と既存施設営繕工事の統括管理を行っていくメンバーを募集します。

■業務内容:

本ポジションでは東京開発室長を補佐し、将来の幹部候補としてご勤務いただきます。

・市場調査、不動産仕入

・コンセプト立案

・計画立案

・商品企画

・設計・着工/竣工に至る開発施工統括補佐

・部下育成指導

■開発部について:

◇当社は、全国に高級会員制リゾートホテルである、「エクシブ」「ベイコート倶楽部」「サンクチュアリコート」の各シリーズや、メディカル施設、シニア施設、ゴルフ場、等を事業展開しております。

開発部はその全てで「企画・設計・開発・営繕業務」に関与・担当している部署です。

◇やりがい:

立地のマーケティングと用地仕入から、設計事務所とのプラン検討、大手ゼネコンへの数百億円にのぼる建設発注、ホテル等建設工事の進捗管理、既存施設のリノベーションまで、一貫して1つの部署で担います。約20万人を超える会員様の期待に応え、ラグジュアリー感を追求するとともに、大規模開発のダイナミックさを存分に味わうことができるのが開発部の醍醐味です。

■組織構成:

部長(男性1名、50代)、課長(男性2名、40代)、部員(男性8名、20代~60代/女性2名、30代)

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

不動産開発実務もしくは建築設備の設計・施工管理経験のある方

宅地建物取引士、建築士いずれかの資格をお持ちの方

【歓迎要件】

施工管理技士等をお持ちの方

CADスキル

【給与】

年収 800 ~ 1000 万円

※給与詳細は経験・能力・前職給与等を踏まえて決定

※各種手当は別途支給

■給与更改:年1回(6月)

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
