人事リーダー/急成長スタートアップの組織・制度設計【フルフレックス/日本の農業を世界へ】

【仕事内容】

急成長中のスタートアップで、人事領域のリーダー候補として採用戦略から組織・制度設計まで幅広くお任せします。事業の拡大を人事の側面からダイレクトに支える、裁量の大きなポジションです。

<担当業務>

人事リーダーと共に、採用活動の強化から人事基盤づくりまで、幅広くご担当いただきます。現場を巻き込みながら、事業成長を加速させるための仕組みづくりを推進することがミッションです。

<具体的な業務一覧>

  • 中途採用業務全般(戦略立案、実行、クロージング)
  • 組織開発、人事制度の企画・設計・運用
  • オンボーディングプロセスの改善・運用
  • 人事関連の規程整備や運用体制の構築
  • その他、IPO準備に伴う人事関連業務

アシスタントが2名在籍しており、日程調整やダイレクトスカウトの送付業務を担っております。
