Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to manage consulting sales for approximately 50 golf courses.

You will serve as a strategic partner to each facility, leveraging big data insights to drive customer acquisition, enhance operations, and strengthen overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and consult ~50 golf courses as strategic partners
Set customer acquisition targets and share growth strategies with clients
Analyze reservation trends and propose data-driven promotional strategies
Recommend advertising plans and campaign initiatives
Suggest new services and operational improvements
Conduct sales pitches to non-partner golf facilities for new contract acquisition

Language Requirement

Japanese:
Required for daily internal communication and domestic client interactions

Requirements – Must-Have

Sales experience (consultative B2B sales, web/advertising, or manufacturing preferred)
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive for client visits
Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
TOEIC 800+ or strong motivation to achieve this score within two years

TOEIC 800+ or equivalent English proficiency (e.g., degree from an English-speaking university)
Proof of English proficiency must be submitted by the time of offer
