About the Service
This service is a business-focused digital business card app. Users can easily exchange digital business cards via smartphone, not just manage physical cards.
Exchanged digital cards automatically update with promotions, transfers, and career changes, allowing users to stay informed about their contacts efficiently.
Mission of the Organization
The division's vision is to "transform business card culture and maximize the value of encounters," aiming to become essential infrastructure for business professionals' networking.
Through creative work related to the services and events organized by the division, this role contributes to communicating brand and event value to society and supporting business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the production of creative materials for business events (large-scale exhibitions, conferences) and related services
Produce across multiple media, including web and print
Collaborate not only with internal teams but also with external partners as needed
Examples of Tasks
Develop event creatives (key visuals, concept designs for venue decoration, etc.)
Produce marketing creatives for event promotion (landing pages, ad banners, direct mail, invitations, etc.)
Direct photography and videography for materials and event coverage
Design UI/UX for attendee and exhibitor system sites
Produce design for branding initiatives

Background / Purpose of Hiring
With the expansion of the event business, the company needs a creative professional to oversee event-related branding and marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Engage in branding and creative production across a wide range of channels, from large-scale events and campaigns to corporate web content

Qualifications (Required)
At least 5 years of professional experience as a designer (experience in both Web and DTP is required; candidates from production companies are welcome)
Ability to understand the purpose and challenges of each initiative and translate them into brand experiences
Portfolio submission is required
Japanese language proficiency:
JLPT N1 or higher
Qualifications (Preferred)
Experience as a lead/main designer
Experience in creative direction or art direction
Experience in photography and videography direction
Copywriting or other writing experience
Experience in video editing or motion design
Experience in production using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
