Job Description
Department Overview
This is a new business to make an application integrating more than 70 services that Rakuten develops.
Currently, we are extending the implementation of Rakuten Mobile's "Rakuten Link" application with this concept.
This app enables customers to use various services in one platform. We will expand globally as a platform to cooperate with both internal and external partner companies and provide even more services to customers.
By connecting the entire group and the external partner's services, we will be working to enhance the user experience and grow the ecosystem of the entire group.
This role is required to make website designs and plans based on Rakuten group's core strategy including leading the website design, page layout and graphic by unifying diversified elements from designer's point of view such as what users wants and what contents will be needed in the future. Please design websites considering new possibilities, and not be constrained by conventional image of Rakuten group.

Mandatory Qualifications
More than 3 years' experience in web design

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in design creation based on design regulation (Preferable: Experience in developing design regulation)
- UI architect and direction experience for smartphone Apps/websites
- Experience in UI prototyping for smartphone Apps/websites
- Experience in UI architect by platform and understanding of its regulations
- General understanding of HCD (Human Centered Design)
- Experience working in English
