仕事概要


WEBサイトのデザインとコーディング、及び関連業務をお任せします。 有名企業コーポレートサイトやリクルートサイト、LPのコーディングなど、 WEBサイトを中心とした制作のデザイン業務やフロントエンド業務を担当していただきます。 最新のトレンドの理解と自身の技術を向上させ、ディレクターやデザイナーと連携し、案件への深い理解とデザインアウトプットを通してクライアント、ユーザーに価値を提供します 【キャリアビジョン例】 ・デザイナーとしての成長環境 顧客やエンドユーザーが求めるデザインを体現できるようなデザイナーへ成長することが期待できます。 ・将来的にUIデザイナーとして力を発揮していただくことが可能です。

必須スキル


・WEBデザインの実務経験(3年以上) ・デザインツールの使用経験 ・高いビジュアル表現スキル(グラフィックデザイン/Webデザイン/イラスト/アニメーションなどデザイン領域は問いません) ・デザインの意図を言語化し、伝えるスキル ・課題や目的を理解し、適切に情報設計するスキル

歓迎スキル


・アートディレクション業務経験 ・figma使用経験 ・UI/UXデザインのご経験 ・エンジニアと協力しながらプロダクトを開発した経験 ※上記の経験がなくてもポテンシャル採用も行なっているため、まずはご経験をお聞かせください

応募概要


給与

【月給】 300,000円~ 【備考】 固定残業代( 41,000円 〜/20時間分 )を含む 超過分は別途支給 経験・スキル・前職給与などを考慮の上、当社規定により決定 【諸手当、制度等】 出張手当 交通費支給(上限30,000円/月)
