We develop and improve the UI and features of e-commerce-related services, including online shopping, C2C services, and logistics services.

Position

We are seeking team members to collaborate with us on the creation and improvement of UI for smartphone apps and web, primarily focusing on mobile devices, to enhance the user experience across our various services.

This recruitment is part of our plan to expand our team and strengthen our organization for further business growth.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of professional experience in mobile app UI/UX design
  • More than 3 years of professional experience creating prototypes using Figma
  • Japanese language skills (conversational level)

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of usability and accessibility for smartphone apps
  • Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Material Design
  • Experience in UI design and direction for smartphone apps
  • Experience in team management
  • Experience in operations and direction for e-commerce or large-scale websites
