- Plan and design services aligned with business strategy
- Analyse business needs and define functional requirements
- Propose new features based on market research and internal insights
- Manage project progress, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
理想の人材
- 3+ years of project management experience (planning, scheduling, progress control)
- Experience defining requirements and creating specifications for mid-sized web/native apps
- Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Hands-on experience in web or app development, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or web design
- 3+ years of experience in access analysis
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Proven track record in UI/UX improvement through user research and usability testing
- Market research and competitive analysis experience
