Future Design Labは独自の「未来創造型コンサルティング」方法論を用いてそのような課題に立ち向かい、"望ましい未来"の創造と実装を支援することをミッションとする専門組織です。
- 業務内容
Future Designerは未来創造型コンサルティングのプロジェクトにおいて、以下の役割を担うことを求められます。
・政治、社会、経済、環境、技術の外部環境を横断したイマージングトレンドに対するデザインリサーチ及びインサイトの抽出。
・社会・産業・企業・個人を横断した変化の予兆を組み合わせた未来シナリオの導出。
・Future Strategistと連携した未来シナリオ・未来ペルソナ・未来カスタマーインサイト、及び未来プロダクトのデザイン。
・未来戦略の前提となる未来価値のコンセプトメイキング、未来ビジョンの策定、及び未来提供価値のデザイン。
・Future Strategist、Future Technologistと連携した未来戦略・未来プロダクト等の各種プロトタイプの制作。

- 必須スキル・経験
デザインファーム、コンサルティングファーム、又はそれに準ずる組織におけるデザインコンサルティング、サービスデザイン、デザインリサーチの経験を有すること。
・デザインシンキングを用いたプロジェクトの経験が3年以上あること。
・サービスデザイン・エクスペリエンスデザイン等の経験が3年以上あること。
・デザインリサーチの設計・実行の経験が3年以上あること。
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力を有すること。
- 歓迎要件
・Speculative Design、Science Fiction PrototypingなどのFuture Designに関連する手法に精通していること。
・BFA(美術学士号)または関連分野の学士号を有していること。
