Leading this challenge is the Tech Lead / Tech PdM position. This role requires understanding both the domain and technology, and driving design and development that accounts for complex systems and operational structures. ■Responsibilities

【Your Team and Role】

You'll be part of the Product Development Headquarters, Product Development Division. In this role, you'll serve as a Tech Lead / Technical Product Manager, leveraging your deep understanding of technology and domain knowledge to drive the structural design, maintenance improvement, and cloud migration of products.

【Key Initiatives You'll Tackle】

・Phased Cloud Shift of the Consolidated Accounting System: This involves migrating from Windows to Linux, Oracle to PostgreSQL, and C++ to Go.

・Technical Debt Management: You'll focus on repaying existing technical debt and designing long-term structures and refactoring to prevent future accumulation of debt.

・Standard Feature Enhancement: Extend and maintain standard features to align with accounting regulations and business requirements, ensuring highly maintainable implementations.

・Business Process Standardization & Automation: Collaborate with the BPO division to systematize and integrate business process standardization and automation into products.

・R&D Collaboration: Partner with the R&D team to select technologies and design for future updates, always prioritizing security and reliability.

・Experience leading implementation and design policies as a core member of a development team (scale, language, and industry are flexible).

・A desire to deeply understand a specific domain, including its legal frameworks and business structures, and to address societal challenges through in-house products.

・Experience in the development, implementation, or maintenance of B2B business systems (e.g., core accounting, sales, or HR systems).
