【仕事内容】
同社は、生成AI・大規模言語モデルや自律型AIの研究開発と社会実装を推進するテックカンパニーです。
日本語のドキュメント処理に特化したLLM「PolySphere」の開発、
独自のAI基盤の構築と普及を進めています。
主力プロダクト「DXSuite」は、データ入力業務に特化したAIエージェントとして、
前後工程全体の自動化を実現します。
全社のDigital戦略に基づき、事業目標達成を支える基盤となるシステムの構築、
運用、保守を行います。
TechLeadとして、最先端技術を取り入れながら主要Digital基盤の導入、
開発、運用を担当します。
開発規模によっては外部ベンダーのコントロールも行います。
【具体的には】
・ 全社のDigital戦略に基づき、事業目標達成を支える基盤となるシステムの構築、運用、保守
・ TechLead(主にSaaS領域、データエンジニアリング領域)の立場として、
最先端の技術を取り入れながら下記主要Digital基盤の導入、開発、運用
・ 開発規模によっては外部ベンダーのコントロール
【求める人材】
・AWS上でのWebアプリケーション開発経験
・RDBMS、DWHのスキーマ設計、開発経験
・GitHubでのソースコード管理
・直近5年以内でSalesforce(Account Engagement 、Salesforce Cloud、Service Cloud、Commerce Cloudのいずれか2つ以上の領域)
・導入プロジェクトにエンジニアとして携わった経験(自社導入、他社導入は問いません)
・API連携によるシステム間接続のプログラミング経験
・新技術の導入・現場技術のリード経験
・コーポレートIT全般の専門知識と、コーポレートIT以外の一般的知識(財務・法務・人事・マーケティング・営業・テクノロジーなど)
【給与】
年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
