Future Design Labは独自の「未来創造型コンサルティング」方法論を用いてそのような課題に立ち向かい、"望ましい未来"の創造と実装を支援することをミッションとする専門組織です。

業務内容

Future Strategistは未来創造型コンサルティングのプロジェクトにおいて、以下の役割を担うことを求められます。

・政治、社会、経済、環境、技術の外部環境を横断したイマージングトレンドの戦略的リサーチ及びインサイトの抽出。

・社会・産業・企業・個人を横断した変化の予兆を組み合わせた未来シナリオの導出。

・Future Designerと連携した未来シナリオ・未来ペルソナ・未来カスタマーインサイト、及び未来プロダクトのデザイン。

・未来シナリオにおいて予見される未来市場の定義、及び競争環境・市場のルールの洞察。

・未来市場における競争戦略、及びビジネスモデル設計・市場規模の推計。

・未来戦略の実現に向けた中長期ロードマップ、及び中期経営計画の策定。

・未来戦略の実現に向けたビジネスエコシステムの考察。

・Future Designer、Future Technologistと連携した未来戦略・未来プロダクト等の各種プロトタイプの制作。

など

必須スキル・経験

コンサルティングファーム、シンクタンク、又はそれに準ずる組織における戦略コンサルティング・事業開発コンサルティングの経験を有すること。

・戦略的リサーチ及び分析業務の経験が3年以上あること。

・事業戦略・技術戦略の立案の経験が3年以上あること。

・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力を有すること。

歓迎要件

・バックキャスト型の戦略立案や未来洞察(いわゆるフォーサイト)の経験を有すること。

・アジャイル型の事業開発・ビジネスプロトタイピングの経験を有すること。

・デザイナーやエンジニアなど異なる職能と協働した経験を有すること。

・Speculative Design、Science Fiction PrototypingなどのFuture Designに関連する手法に精通していること。
