仕事内容
ポジションのミッション
企業の経営・事業・人材の課題を解像度高く掴み、最適なソリューション(例:人材の活用、営業/採用プロセス設計、実行伴走)を設計・提案・推進して事業成果を出すこと。
具体的な業務
経営層・部門長へのヒアリング(現状/理想/制約の特定、課題の言語化)
ソリューション設計(人材アサイン、スコープ策定、KPI/体制設計、見積・契約)
提案?クロージング(合意形成、リスクと代替案の提示)
伴走支援(キックオフ、定例、成果レビュー、リスコープ)
パイプライン/CRM管理、勝ちパターンの再現化(プレイブック化)
マーケ/プロダクト/オペレーションとの連携(案件創出?納品品質の統合)

必須要件
B2Bセールスまたはコンサルティングの実務経験(目安2年以上)
ヒアリングから提案・クロージングまでの一連のプロセス経験
論点整理力(課題・打ち手・効果の骨子を自走で組める)
歓迎要件
HR/人材、SaaS、IT、デジマ、事業開発いずれかのドメイン経験
プロジェクトマネジメント(複数ステークホルダーの推進)
ナレッジ化/プレイブック整備の経験
