【仕事内容】

【業務内容】

担当施設のプロパティマネジメントを担当いただきます。

・テナント様に対して売上動向ヒアリングおよび売上向上のための施策提案

・リニューアル、活性化計画の立案、実施

・テナントとの賃貸借契約の締結

・集客、販促施策、イベントなどの企画立案、実行

・施設内での設備トラブル、お客様クレーム等の対応

・テナント指導、テナントの入れ替え

・協力会社(ビルメンテナンス会社、施工会社など)の管理

・担当施設は商業施設(ミ・ナーラ/奈良県奈良市二条大路南1-3-1)です。

・担当地域は奈良県奈良市です。

・残業時間は月10~20時間です。

■ 備考

・試用期間中の契約内容の変更はございません。

・定年は60歳(再雇用65歳)ですが、両者合意の上で70歳以上の方の勤務実績がございます。

・転居を伴う転勤はございません。

・個人業績賞与(4月、10月)がございます。

H・T・神宮外苑ビル(オフィスビル)、レスピール三鷹(マンション)、東京ハートリズムクリニック(病院)、TOKI-ON西麻布(店舗)、海岸ビルヂング(有形文化財)、目黒クリニックビル(診療所)などの多岐に渡る施設のプロジェクト実績をお持ちです。

【歴史的建造物や環境配慮型施設のプロジェクト実績】
