【仕事内容】

事業全体の状況を把握しながら、チームとサービスの成長に必要な取り組みを考え、

実行していくことが私たちのエンジニアの役割です。

ユーザーライクのエンジニアは事業の課題を開発に落とし込み、

解決をしていくことが求められるため、事業サイドと密接に動いていきます。

たとえ、できない事があっても継続的に取り組み、

自らがチームを牽引しながら解決のための行動をおこなっていくことが求められます。

【具体的には】

・要件定義:事業側と連携し、要件のすり合わせ~システム要件と課題の検討~仕様策

定

・施策ごとのアーキテクチャ設計・DB設計

・新機能開発・改修・リファクタリング

・API 設計 / 外部サービス連携の設計

・AWS を用いた インフラ設計

・テストコード実装と品質管理

・チームメンバーへのコードレビュー

【開発環境】

・言語:Ruby、 JavaScript

・フレームワーク:Ruby on Rails

・DB/ミドルウェア: MySQL、 Redis

・サーバー環境:AWS など

【求める人材】

【必須】

・バックエンド開発経験:5年以上

・フロントエンド開発経験:1年以上

・要件定義~設計~開発~改善まで一貫した経験

・施策ごとのアーキテクチャ設計・DB設計

・テストコード実装と品質担保

・本番環境へのデプロイ作業とリリース判断

・チームメンバーへのコードレビュー

【歓迎】

・Rubyの開発経験

・EC / サブスク / D2C いずれかのサービス運用経験

・AWS環境の構築・運用管理

・アジャイル開発の経験

【給与】

年収700~850万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
