Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor with executive presence and engage with Japanese customers in the insurance industry at C-Suite levels.
- Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value within our portfolio and new clients.
- Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels.
- Comprehend intricate interdependencies within the customer organization and guide the appropriate engagement approach.
Requirements
- Core Insurance solutions implementation and pre-sales experience is essential.
- Understand business needs of insurance back office environment and has hands-on working experience in implementing core insurance solutions across policy admin, claims, digital front ends, reinsurance, payments and collections, incentives and commissions management, and other back office areas.
- Excellent insurance domain know-how and well-versed with industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
- Has worked in an international environment during current or prior jobs.
