仕事内容


<未経験でも安心して始められる内容が中心です >

  1. レンタカーの洗車・清掃・点検

    ・お客様が気持ちよく利用できるよう、車の外装や内装を丁寧に洗車・清掃します。

    (2~3人で行うことが多いです)

    ・簡単な点検(外観チェックやフォーマットにのっとった車両点検)もあります。

  2. 車の操作説明と簡単な接客

    ・車の出発/到着時の外装確認(マニュアルあり)

    ・お客様が出発する前に、車両操作方法(エンジンのかけ方やナビの設定方法など)を説明します。

    ・お客様への親切な対応で快適なレンタカー利用をサポートします。

  3. 車の運転

    ・駐車場内で車を移動させたり、近隣のガソリンスタンドまで給油しに行ったりします。

    ・必要なのは普通自動車運転免許証(AT限定可)だけ 特別な車の知識は必要ありません。

  4. 店舗サポート業務

    ・レンタカー予約のお客様の受付補助や書類整理などを行います。

    ・忙しい時には社員の補助をすることも。

未経験でもできる簡単な作業が中心で、働きながら接客のスキルや車に関する知識が少しずつ身につきます

柔軟なシフトが特徴なので、学生や主婦・主夫にも無理なく働ける環境です。

※フロントでの受付業務は基本的に社員や先輩が対応します。

スタッフの多くが初心者スタート

「車に詳しくない…」そんな方もまったく問題なし

基本的に社員や先輩スタッフと一緒に作業をするので

分からない事や困った事は先輩スタッフがお助けします

車の運転が少し不安という方も大丈夫

車の移動は基本的には、短距離または駐車場内

での移動のみです。慣れるまでは社員や先輩が

担当します。また、「5人乗りの車までなら

運転できる 」といった個人の運転スキルも

考慮しますのでご安心ください

※普通自動車免許必須(AT限定OK)

※免許取得1年未満の方は応相談

・学歴・経験一切不問

・学生、フリーター、主夫・主婦など幅広い方なども活躍中

・扶養内勤務もOK

・WワークOK、Wワークのお仕事前や終わってからの勤務もどちらもOK

・学校や部活終わり、テスト期間休みや就活中のシフト減もしっかり調整しております

・家庭の都合やお子様の予定にも参加できるようちゃんとシフト調整しております

<スタッフのほとんどが未経験出身で色々な経験をお持ちの方が活躍中 >

例えば、

  • ファミレス / レストラン / カフェ / 居酒屋等の飲食バイト
  • コンビニ / スーパー / デパ地下等の販売接客バイト
  • 受付 / データ入力 / コールセンター等の事務バイト
  • 引越し / 倉庫作業 / 警備 / 清掃等のパワフルバイト
  • 保育 / 介護 / エステ / 美容師等の専門職バイト

※アルバイトやパートが初めてという方も大歓迎

08:00〜20:00(実働:3.0時間〜8.0時間)

※1日の勤務時間が6時間を超える場合は45分以上、

8時間を超える場合は1時間以上の休憩あり
