Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel management experience, including at least 3–5 years as Director of Operations in a multi-property role, or as Hotel Manager/General Manager.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven track record in hotel operations, budget control, and strategic planning.
Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Willingness to be based in Japan and travel regularly between properties.
Culturally sensitive with an international mindset and the ability to work in a diverse environment.
Passion for excellence, guest service, and sustainability.
