Founded in 1994 on the core concept of sustainability, Banyan Tree Holdings seeks to create long-term value for all stakeholders and destinations across its network of properties, products and brands, through a purpose-driven mission.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel management experience, including at least 3–5 years as Director of Operations in a multi-property role, or as Hotel Manager/General Manager.
- Prior experience in Japan or a strong understanding of Japanese hospitality culture and business practices is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record in hotel operations, budget control, and strategic planning.
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Willingness to be based in Japan and travel regularly between properties.
- Culturally sensitive with an international mindset and the ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Passion for excellence, guest service, and sustainability.
