We are looking for a skilled Director of Human Resources for a well-known luxury hotel in Tokyo. This important role involves leading the HR team and working with both local and international partners to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR activities, including hiring, training, and compliance.
- Advise senior leaders on workforce planning and business impacts.
- Develop reward systems to make the hotel an attractive workplace.
- Promote a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and teamwork.
- Lead HR projects and encourage the use of new technology.
- Work with corporate offices on strategic HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and maintain accurate HR records.
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role, ideally in large organizations.
- Knowledge of Japanese labor law and HR systems.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and people skills.
- Experience in managing change and strategic HR planning.
