Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. (ALISI) is the sales and marketing arm of Ayala Land for the Overseas Filipino market.
Incorporated in March 2005, ALISI specializes in promoting and marketing real estate products such as land, buildings, condominiums, townhouses, and house and lot packages, developed by Ayala Land Inc.
within and outside the Philippines.Since 2007, ALISI has expanded its presence through international roadshows and events, reaching Filipinos abroad in territories including the US, Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
Today, ALISI leverages digital platforms and has established permanent offices in cities like San Francisco, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and New York to better serve its global clientele.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an International Marketing Partner located in Tokyo. The International Marketing Partner will be responsible for promoting and marketing Ayala Land's real estate products to international clients.
Daily tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and engaging in sales activities to achieve sales targets.
The role will involve direct client interaction and collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to enhance product visibility and market reach.
