東京都中野区の本社ビルで、土地所有者様の資産運用をトータルコーディネートする開発営業です。

①土地所有者様へ賃貸アパート活用方法をご提案

②不動産や賃貸に関する課題をヒアリングし、最適な解決策を立案

③不動産会社や税務・金融機関への訪問による信頼関係の構築

④提案書の作成や物件確認を通じた案件推進

【1日のスケジュール例】

・09:00 出社、メールや一日のスケジュールを確認します。

・10:00 オーナー様との打ち合わせへ。

・15:00 新規案件の物件確認、近くの管理物件やオーナー様の所在も回ります。

・17:00 帰社、オーナー様への提案書を作成します。

ハウスメーカーや建設不動産業界での土地活用営業経験3年以上をお持ちの方、本社勤務で全国規模のプロジェクトに携わりながら、さらなる成長を目指せます。

◇想定年収は697万円~941万円で、案件成約時には平均147万円のインセンティブ支給があります。1物件あたり約14万円のインセンティブで、実績が収入に直結する制度です。

・2026年4月1日までに入社可能な方(それ以降は応相談)

・書類選考時に「現年収」の共有をお願いいたします

・入社後、2回目の賞与支給時までに退職された場合、年収保証の対象外となります

※案件成約時は、初年度年収保証とは別にインセンティブ支給対象

インセンティブ支給タイミング:四半期ごとの給与支給日(着工時・竣工時の2回に分けて、基準月に支給予定)
