アクセンチュアとMicrosoftの合弁会社であるアバナード社の採用チームにおけるマネージャーとして、部下のマネジメントと採用推進を担っていただきます。
【募集背景・ミッション】
現在アバナード社では、年間数百名の中途採用と数十名の新卒採用を実施しており、より安定的に採用をしていくために、
数年前にご入社をされた採用チームのリードの方を中心に採用チームの組織強化中です。
今回マネージャーとしてご入社いただく方には、メンバークラスを複数名のマネジメントと、採用チームの組織強化を担っていただきます。

【業務内容】
アバナード向けの採用チームは、アバナードにおける組織の人材ニーズを満たすために第一線で活躍するメンバーで構成されています。
ニーズに合い優れた候補者を迅速に採用するため、採用元部門、HRチーム、ビジネスリーダーと密接に連携しながら、
ビジネスの目標に沿った採用戦略の立案、推進などを担っております。
<リクルーティングマネージャー>
アバナードの成長に直結する重要な役割を担っており、優れたコミュニケーション能力やリーダーシップが求められます。
・採用戦略の策定と実行:
マネジメント層およびリクルーターと協力し、最新の市場情報に沿った採用戦略を立てます。ダイバーシティーやインクルージョンを配慮した候補者獲得、また候補者の惹きつけに繋がる指導をリードします。ビジネス(各部門)、採用マネージャー、HRと協力し、長期的な組織の採用ニーズを様々な角度からサポートします。
・採用チームの指導・育成:
リクルーターを指導し、育成を担当。チームのパフォーマンスを向上させるためのガイダンス、トレーニングやサポートを行い、将来性のあるチーム作りを行います。
・ステークホルダーとの密なコミュニケーション:
採用進捗及び目標数値をビジネスサイド、HRチーム、上級管理職などの内部ステークホルダーに定期的に報告します。ライセンスを管理し、プラットフォームやツールの全体的なコストを支援します。…
