<仕事内容>

建築金物・店舗什器・看板等の運送をお願いします。

  • 作業内容について

運転がメインですが、その他作業も多少あります。

  • 積み荷について

配送先により様々です。

デリケートなものも頑丈なものも扱います。

「お客様先へ取りに行く」

「お客様の依頼先まで行く」等も有。

対象は建築現場、材料屋さんの工場など。

柔軟に対応しています。

※時期やその時の状況により2t・4t車など別の車種に乗っていただくこともあります。

運送先

東京23区内、神奈川、埼玉、千葉 など

  • 首都圏および、関東近県への運送です。
  • 1日の走行距離は50km~300km程度

(時期や現場により異なります)

  • 日数をかけての運転業務はありません。

  • 安心の近距離・日帰り運行

その日の配送はその日のうちに

泊まりなしで毎日帰宅できます。

長距離や日数をかけての運転がきつい...

などという方にも、オススメ

  • 積み下ろし作業の負担を軽減

手積み手降ろしはほとんどありません。

手積みの際は、運送先でも現地のスタッフなどの手伝いもあり

積み下ろしも一人でお任せにはしないので、ご安心ください。

<1日の流れ(運行例)>

本社敷地内に車庫があるので無駄な移動がありません

※配送ルートにより多少変動あり

08:00/出社・点呼、車両の点検など

08:30/お客様の倉庫で積み込み

09:30/配送先へ出発

  • 渋滞情報の共有等も行い安全運行徹底

11:00/1件目の荷下ろし

  • 現地スタッフなどの協力体制あり

12:00/昼休憩

  • 配車の指示次第にはなりますが、

場合によっては帰社して休憩を取っても外出先で休憩を取ってもOK

13:00/午後の配送スタート

  • 再度積み込みに向かう事もあれば、

そのまま次の配送先に向かう事も。

16:00/帰社、翌日の配送準備

17:00/退勤

先輩ドライバーとのOJT(同乗研修)をマンツーマンで丁寧に行います。

運転に慣れ、ルートを覚えることから始めましょう。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間35分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり23日

8:00~17:00

※繁忙期は早出、残業あり

(年末・年度末は月60時間程度、閑散期は残業ほぼなし)

※月に数回、夜間・深夜・休日の勤務もあり(別途、深夜手当・休日手当支給)

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万8000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
