当社は東京で、ソーシャルメディアマーケティングスペシャリストを募集しています。KOMODOにおけるマーケティングは、オンラインマーケティングキャンペーン、リテールプロモーション、ライブイベントやトーナメント、ソーシャルメディア、インフルエンサーとのコラボなど、幅広い活動を含むクリエイティブな取り組みをします。世界で最も人気のある製品の数々を、日本や海外で知ってもらうための素晴らしい機会になるはずです。
適任者は、お客様が当社の製品やブランドを発見、理解し、有意義な体験を構築できるよう、楽しく創造的な計画を立てることができる方です。これは、顧客の声に耳を傾け、トレンドを理解し、キャンペーンを立案し、そのパフォーマンスを評価、学んだ教訓を次のキャンペーンに活かすという反復的なアプローチが求められます。
担当業務
- お客様とつながるための、楽しく効果的なマーケティング・キャンペーンの立案
- 顧客動向や日本の最新トレンドの把握
- KOMODOの他のチームメンバーとの協力の上、各地域に合わせた全体的なマーケティング戦略の策定
- 当社製品およびブランドの追跡調査
- 科学的手法を取り入れた、キャンペーンの成功の定義および評価
- 会議やイベントのための出張
- リテールストアでのプロモーション、販売スペースについてなどのマーケティング戦略の策定
応募資格
- ネイティブレベルの流暢な日本語
- 1年以上のソーシャルメディアブランディングの経験
- 2年以上のビデオゲームおよび/またはマンガのマーケティング経験 (歓迎)
- 日本の文化と歴史に関する知識
- 明晰なコミュニケーション能力
- デジタル・メディア・バイイングの経験があれば尚可
- グループ内で創造的なアイデアを出し合うのが得意
- ゲーム・マンガ業界で働きたいという意欲
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可

The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Specialist, Social Media Marketing, to join our team in Tokyo. Marketing at KOMODO is a creative endeavor that encompasses a wide variety of activities, including online marketing campaigns, retail promotions, live physical events and tournaments, social media activities, and influencer collaborations. This is an exciting opportunity to help bring awareness of some of the world's most popular products to Japan and beyond.
A successful candidate will love crafting fun and creative plans to help people discover, understand, and enjoy positive experiences with our products and brand. This role requires listening to customers, understanding trends, and an iterative approach of launching campaigns, evaluating their performance, and applying lessons learned to the next one.
Responsibilities
- Create fun and effective marketing campaigns that connect with customers
- Stay on the pulse of customers and the latest trends in Japan
- Collaborate with other team members at KOMODO to develop an overall marketing strategy that can then be tailored and adapted to different regions
- Track placement and presentation of our products and brand
- Embrace the scientific method to define and evaluate campaign success
- Occasional travel for meetings and events
- Develop marketing strategies such as promotions and sales space at retail stores
Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Japanese
- 1+ years of social media branding experience
- 2+ years of experience marketing video games and/or manga (preferred)
- Knowledge of Japanese culture and history
- Articulate communicator
- Experience in digital media buying is a plus
- Great at brainstorming creative ideas in a group setting
- Desire to work in the game and manga industries
- Optional / Preferred: ability to communicate in English
