Supports the Digital team in executing and optimizing digital media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
Independently manage and execute digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo Japan Ads, Bing Ads, major social platforms, and leading DSPs).
Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights.
Contribute to campaign strategy development.
Goals:
3 Months: Demonstrate proficiency in managing campaigns across all platforms and achieving performance targets.
6 Months: Lead campaign optimization strategies and contribute to innovative solutions for clients.
12 Months: Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business pitches.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Media & Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science preferred).
1-2 years of experience in digital media or agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo Japan Ads, Bing Ads, major social platforms, and leading DSPs).
Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proactive, highly motivated, and results-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask.
Fluency in business English and Japanese. Bilingual ability is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills are a plus.
