Role Overview
As a Japan Media Planner, you will play a key role in developing and executing media strategies tailored to our B2B clients. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and media partners to ensure campaigns are strategic, efficient, and impactful. Your expertise in media planning will help optimize performance and deliver strong results for clients in the Japanese market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage media strategies and campaigns for B2B clients in Japan.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align media planning with broader business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform planning decisions.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners to negotiate and secure placements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in media planning.
- Strong communication skills in Japanese to professionally interact with clients, and basic English to coordinate with internal teams.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, permanent role.
- Remote, you'll need your own PC or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM JST, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Occasional attendance at onsite events may be required to support client activities and team initiatives.
