仕事内容
当社では、ホームセンターなどで販売されるDIY用品や農業資材、園芸資材など、幅広い自社製品の企画提案・開発、販売を行なっております。今回は事業好調に伴い、法人営業スタッフを2名程募集します。飛び込みもなく既存顧客中心のため、安定した営業活動を実施することができますよ。
<当社製品について>
提案するのは「今までにない、一捻りした」商品です。お客様から要望をいただいた開発商品も多数あり、商品力や価格に自信を持っています。自身が携わった製品が店頭に並んでいく場面を見ると、達成感ややりがいを感じることができます。
<業務内容>
製品の企画提案・開発、商品化、導入に向けての打合せをお任せします。導入後は、陳列やディスプレイの提案、プライス、POPの制作・設置など、ユーザーの購買意欲向上に繋げるための顧客サポートを実施していただきます。
- 担当エリア/基本的に関東メインで、北関東全般を担当します。
※地方でのお仕事の場合は出張になります。費用はもちろん会社負担です。
- 移動方法/社用車、公共交通機関
- 担当顧客数/いずれは20~30件程

- 出勤
- メールチェック・電話応対など
- 資料作り(主にExcel使用)
- 来社対応・顧客先への訪問など
- 退勤
<入社後の流れ>
入社後は先輩の中から、教育担当をつける予定です。まずは営業活動に同行し、商談から店舗の改装・陳列などを見て、流れを覚えていただきます。また製品知識が大切なお仕事のため、空き時間で入出荷の流れや製品組立に関しても覚えていただきます。
<仕事のポイント>
- 直近7年間の退職者はおりません離職率が低く、長く働くことができる環境をご用意しています。
- 残業はほぼ発生しません。また土日祝休みで仕事との切り替えがしやすい働き方が叶います。

- なんらかの営業経験をお持ちの方
- 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方
※業務で社用車の運転があります。
- 外国人の方-営業職となりますので、日本語の高度なスキルが必須となります。
