【仕事内容】

英語コーチングサービス『プログリット』の中で、コーチングの学習状況の管理や、ユーザの学習に用いる設問の設定・添削といった役割を果たすコーチ向けの社内Webシステムを開発、またサブスクリプション型英語学習サービス『シャドテン』ではiOS/Androidのネイティブアプリを開発しており、サーバサイド開発チームではこれらのプロダクトを横断的に関わる形でサーバーサイド開発をお願いしたいと考えております。

クラウドインフラの構築・管理もサーバサイドチームで担当しているため、バックエンド/インフラで横断的にシステムパフォーマンスのチューニングや設計に挑戦していただける環境です。

【具体的には】

・既存のWebアプリや新規開発中のモバイルアプリにおけるサーバサイド開発の実装

・サーバサイド開発の開発フロー、開発環境、テスト環境の構築・改善

・コードやデータベースのリファクタリングといった技術負債の解消

・クラウドインフラ(AWS/GCP)の構築・管理

・TerraformによるIaCでのインフラ管理

・CI/CDの構築・管理といった開発環境の最適化

・小規模で拡大中の開発組織のため、採用などの組織的な活動

【求める人材】

・サーバサイド開発の経験7年以上(言語、フレームワーク不問)

・インフラ(サーバやデータベース等)の運用経験3年以上

・技術選定・アーキテクチャ検討の経験

・JLPT N1相当の日本語スキル

・テックリード経験

・クラウドインフラ(AWS、GCP、Azure等)での開発経験

・アジャイル開発の経験

・ユニットテスト、E2Eテスト等のソフトウェアテスト開発経験

・Infrastructure as Code(IaC)を利用した開発経験

・LLMを利用したサービス開発経験

・チームメンバーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力、英語学習への興味関心

【給与】

年収1000~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
