Tailor Platformとは

わたしたちは、業務システムを高速に構築できるプラットフォーム「Tailor Platform」を提供することで、より多くの人がプロダクトの作り手になることを支援しています。

Tailor Platformを一行でいうと"Headless ERP for Enterprises"、エンタープライズ企業(当社では3,000人以上の大企業と定義しています)で使われる基幹システムをHeadless形式で提供するプロダクトです。

いわゆるERPシステム(基幹システム。受発注や在庫、会計、組織などを統合的に管理するビジネスアプリケーション群)において、システムの柔軟性・拡張性を飛躍的に高めた「Headless ERP」を世界で初めてローンチし、日本の大企業および米国の中堅〜大企業へ向けて展開しています。

わたしたちが挑戦する市場

ERP市場はソフトウェア市場全体の約3割を占める、非常に巨大な産業です。グローバルに目を向けると、ERPソフトウェア市場は2022年に480億ドル(約7兆2,000億円)に達し、2032年までには倍増の960億ドル(約14兆4,000億円)に達すると予測されています(出典:Precedence Research)。

Professional Serviceについて

Professional Serviceは、お客様の課題解決をテイラーがより踏み込んでサポートしていく事業です。日本市場では内製開発ではなくシステム開発会社へ外注するケースが多く存在します。そうした日本市場において、Tailor Platform上のバックエンドアプリケーション構築のみならず、フロントエンドアプリケーションや、業務コンサルティングを含め、以下のようなサービスを提供しています。

  • IT戦略立案等のSMO支援

  • アプリケーションの実装を含めたPMO支援

また、お客様の競争優位性を高め、営課題を解決するためには、変化への適応力を高めることが必要です。Tailor Platformの長所を最大限に活用するためには、旧来の開発体制やプロジェクトに対する固定的な考え方から、変化を受け入れ柔軟な方向転換を可能にするプロダクト開発、組織デザインをお客様と共創していくことが重要になります。

本ポジションの役割

お客様、そしてテイラーのチェンジエージェントとしてあらゆる関係者と緊密に連携し、プロダクト開発における適応力を高めることで、プロジェクト、ひいてはテイラーの成功確率の最大化に貢献することが期待されます。

まずは1チーム・1プロジェクトのスクラムマスターとしてProfessional Serviceの組織と開発体制に関する現状を把握していただき、将来的には組織全体を1つのシステムと捉え、組織レベルの課題解決のリードを期待します。

具体的な業務内容

  • スクラムマスターとしてチームとプロダクトマネジメント、ひいては組織をコーチすることでプロジェクトの成功確率の高める

  • チーム、組織、お客様に生じる障害を探り、関係者と協力して取り除く

  • ファシリテーション、トレーニングやワークショップなどの実施

必須要件

  • 実証されたスクラムマスターの経験

  • スクラムの原理原則に関する深い知識、またウォーターフォールなどの開発手法への理解

  • 3年以上のプロダクト開発経験

  • 最新のエンジニアリングプラクティスの理解

  • 実証されたコーチング、ティーチング、メンタリング、ファシリテーティングの経験

  • 優れた問題解決能力と技術的な分析スキル

  • ネイティブレベルの日本語能力

  • 日本国内在住の方

  • 特定のERPプラットフォーム(SAP、Oracle、Microsoft Dynamicsなど)の専門知識

  • 大規模スクラム(LeSSなど)の原理原則に関する深い知識

  • 官僚主義的な組織体制からお客様中心の組織設計を行った経験

  • 組織システムの障害を発見し、ステークホルダーと協働して障害を取り除いた経験

  • システム思考の深い理解と実践経験

賃金

応相談

当社は、年齢や年次にかかわらず担っていただく役割(ミッション)の大きさとその成果によって報酬を決定するミッショングレード制を採用しています。
入社時のグレードは選考によって決定させて頂き、その後のグレードは原則として半期に1回の評価によって決定させていただきます。
