We are seeking a business-focused Agile Coach to support a leading pharmaceutical company in driving organisational agility and transformation.
This role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to embed agile practices that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align agile practices with strategic goals.
Coach cross-functional teams on agile frameworks, principles, and business value delivery.
Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies to improve collaboration and efficiency.
Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide guidance on scaling agile practices across business units.
Requirements:
Fluent Japanese and excellent English communication skills.
Proven experience as an Agile Coach in business-focused environments.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and their business applications.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.
Contract Details:
Initial 3-month term with strong potential for long-term engagement.
