You will:
Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
Conduct complex business analysis independently, define functional requirements, test developed solutions and support UATs.
Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
Support coordination of Agile projects and mentor junior team members.
Be an active member of Agile team, taking ownership for your topics and areas.
About the requirements
You need:
At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance (experience from international companies would be an asset).
Experience delivering IT solutions as a part of an international team.
Great command of English (over TOEIC 900) and Japanese (over N1 level), being fully confident collaborating with English speakers.
To possess an understanding of Japanese business culture.
To be seeking growth opportunities in an international company.
To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems.
Ability in applying analytical thinking and synthesis to present results of your work.
Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging international environment.
At least a bachelor's degree.
To be able to work in Japan on a full-time basis.
Show interest in supporting business development activities in Japan.
