About the role. You will:
- Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
- Conduct complex business analysis independently, define functional requirements, test developed solutions and support UATs.
- Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
- Support coordination of Agile projects and mentor junior team members.
- Be an active member of Agile team, taking ownership for your topics and areas.
About the requirements. You need:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance (experience from international companies would be an asset).
- Familiarity with insurance business processes.
- Experience delivering IT solutions as a part of an international team.
- Great command of English (over TOEIC 900) and Japanese (over N1 level), being fully confident collaborating with English speakers.
- To possess an understanding of Japanese business culture.
- To be seeking growth opportunities in an international company.
- To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems.
- Ability in applying analytical thinking and synthesis to present results of your work.
- Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging international environment.
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- To be able to work in Japan on a full-time basis.
- Show interest in supporting business development activities in Japan.
