Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bilingual Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. You will evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and project success.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Expertise in evaluating and improving Business Processes and aligning them with organizational goals
  • Proficient in defining and documenting Business Requirements as well as creating detailed reports
  • Excellent Communication skills in both English and a second language, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software for data analysis and project management
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field is preferred
