及びサービスに関する受信業務です。

主にアプリに関するメール対応、

不具合報告対応の事務業務になります。

・1日のメール件数:2~3件ほど

・テンプレで回答できる割合:9割ほど

2月以降に、自動車の管理システムに

関するお問い合わせや

法人様へのご利用促進対応

(受発信業務)のマルチ勤務の提案を

させていただく可能性がございます。

自動車の管理システムの利用提案

・受電の場合、1日の受電件数は5件程度、

法人様からのお問い合わせのみ

・マルチ対応以降は事務5:電話5程度
