転勤なし地元北海道で長く活躍

勤務地は本社(北海道札幌市中央区)。U・Iターンも歓迎です。

年間休日120日以上ワークライフバランスを重視

現在は週休2日制(日曜・祝祭日・隔週土曜日)ですが、2025年6月より完全週休二日制(シフト制)を導入予定です。

経理、総務、労務人事全般をマネジメントしていただきます。

月~金曜 9:00~17:00(うち休憩1時間) 隔週土曜 9:00~13:00

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 42万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

賞与有:年2回(6月・12月)

昇給:年1回

※2025年6月より、完全週休二日制(シフト制)を導入します

完全週休二日制導入後の就業時間は9:00~17:30になります(うち休憩1時間)

※6月~9月の期間に、有給休暇の取得推進として連続取得を推奨

(試用期間中で有給休暇が付与されていない社員も、この期間中には連続3日間の休暇を付与します)
