About the team:
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more.
As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
- Drive revenue growth via deep collaboration with clients, agencies and cross functional teams.
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to drive incremental business opportunities.
- Analyze account performance data to offer clients datadriven business insights and improve product offering
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients and agencies
- Create a collaborative team environment that enables the sharing of learning/innovation across accounts and teams.
- Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal crossfunctional teams across the Consumer, Content, Marketing, Creatives, Measurement
- Reporting: ongoing forecasting, deal management and analysis of spend, seasonality, client and agency feedback and share of wallet.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Proven leadership experience in sales , business development or consultative sales experience with a clear history of client management and revenue generation in the context of digital.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess business performance.
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to nontechnical stakeholders.
- High level of written, oral, and professional communication skills in both Japanese and English are required for when facing internal and external clients.
