【仕事内容】

大規模なDX・業務変革プロジェクトの責任者として、クライアントと対話し、戦略実行をリードします。また、約80名の部門において、若手メンバーの育成や事業成長に向けた体制構築にも積極的に携わっていただきます。

【具体的には】

・プロジェクト全体の統括、および提供価値の品質管理

・CxOクラス等、クライアントとの合意形成・折衝

・大規模IT変革取組における要求整理・ロードマップ策定

・組織運営、事業戦略の検討、および採用・育成への関与

【求める人材】

・ITプロジェクトにおける実務およびマネジメント経験(メンバーの目標管理・育成含む)

・PMOとして顧客キーマンとの折衝、期待値コントロールの経験

・コンサルティングファームやSIerでの、戦略策定から実行支援までの一気通貫の経験

【歓迎】

・ERP・EPM等の大規模基幹システム刷新プロジェクトをPMとして完遂した経験

【給与】

年収900~1400万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
