仕事内容


国指定重要文 化財である旧札幌農学校演武場(札幌市時計台)の来館者対応等管理運営業務全般に従事していただきます。

【具体的には】

・有人 レジ操作によるチケット販売(釣り銭、売上金 の集計含む)

・館内案内(施設の概要、ホール利用 ・音 響操作等)

・ホール利用 時の誘導・補助(利用 後の館内チェック含む)

・電話対応(団体受付・チケット販売呼出等)

・身 障者対応(リフトの操作・案内等)

・熱中症対策(入 館待ちの列ができた場合の日 陰への誘導等)

・日 次・月 次・年次レポート・日 報等の作成補助

・公式ホームページ・各種SNSでの情報発信

・来館者アンケートの配布・回収

・緊急対応・非 常時対応・急病人 対応

・館内の定期巡回(文 化財確認など)

・館内外の清掃・除雪・落ち葉回収(館内は別途清掃員さんが勤務します) など
