HR Business Partner

Our Team
Molex Japan serves as one of global division headquarters, Consumer and Commercial Solutions Division, managing 9 manufacturing plants across US, European and Asian countries. We invest in products where we generate superior returns by solving our customers' most challenging problems. We target high growth areas in our chosen markets, such as 5G, IoT, wearables, electric, and autonomous vehicles, and deliver innovative and differentiated technologies.

Molex Japan has two manufacturing plants in Kagoshima and Shizuoka. Both plants are leading plants to develop and produce high technology and quality Board to Board connectors for our Mobile device customers.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the business/talent strategies which make growth and innovation.
  • Provide support in creating effective business organization and functions
  • Provide valuable points of views for business leaders in terms of company culture
  • Educate, coach, and partner with Directors/Managers on people management.
  • Provide HR expertise in areas of feedback, Compliance, Policy, Benefit, Communication and Employee relations.
  • Solve any employee related issues with business and demonstrate expertise in labor laws or HR compliance fields.
  • Work with global HR/HRBP teams to create strong HRBP capabilities across Molex and Koch
  • Participate in projects across company as HR.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Motivated to contribute, customer-oriented,
  • Emphasis on teamwork and the ability to work smoothly with the Business,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Solving issue strategically and proactively,
  • Knowledge related to labor law, C&B and employee relations
  • Native Japanese skills,
  • Business level English and above,

  • Work experience in Payroll, C&B or Recruiting
  • Project management approach
