Perform end-to-end process training for new hires covering the full Accounts Payable (AP) scope.
Conduct periodic refresher trainings to reinforce process knowledge and ensure compliance with defined procedures.
Prepare Process Knowledge Test (PKT) assessments and refresher materials for AP processes.
Report PKT results and develop action plans for low scores in collaboration with the delivery team, clearly highlighting improvement areas.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with the delivery team to identify drivers of performance issues and knowledge gaps.Track and monitor performance across all AP processes within the defined scope.
Maintain and update training documentation, process materials, and knowledge repositories.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by aligning training interventions with operational performance needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and end-to-end AP operations.
Experience in process training, knowledge management, or quality/performance roles.
Ability to design assessments, analyze results, and drive corrective actions.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working closely with delivery or operations teams.
Knowledge of RCA tools and performance tracking methodologies is preferred.
