職務概要

auひかりの提携ISP事業者(インターネットプロバイダ)の主要な窓口担当として、auひかり施策立案およびサービス拡販に向けたコンサルティング営業を担っていただきます。

また、社内のサービス企画部門・営業支援部門との連携を図りながら、事業拡大に向けた各種施策の推進をリードしていただきます。

職務内容

auひかり提携ISPの折衝窓口として、以下の業務を担っていただきます。

  • 施策立案・提案活動

・市場動向、競合環境、ISP事業者の販売状況を踏まえた auひかり関連施策の企画立案

・新サービス・運用の導入検討に向けた 要件整理、課題抽出、改善提案

・ISP事業者の営業戦略に応じた、販売施策や料金キャンペーンの提案

  • 拡販に向けたコンサルティング営業

・ISP事業者の販売計画・KPI設定に対する、販売戦略の策定支援

・獲得?稼働のシミュレーション作成、効果分析、改善提案の実行

大手ISP事業者と協業しながら、固定通信事業における施策・販売戦略の策定・実行支援までを一気通貫で担当できるポジションです。

市場動向や競合サービスの分析、パートナー企業の販売状況を踏まえた提案活動を通じて、自ら企画した施策をパートナーと共に実行し、成果につなげていく一連のプロセスに深く関与いただきます。

特に、提携ISPの販売計画に基づいた戦略立案やKPI策定支援、販売施策の効果検証、改善サイクルの推進など、パートナー企業の業績向上に直結する重要な役割を担います。

こうした「企画 提案 推進 効果検証」のサイクルを自らリードすることで、大きな達成感と事業を動かす手応えを実感できるポジションです。

必須の経験・スキル

・法人向けコンサルティング営業(目安2年以上)

・Excel等を活用した分析スキル

・PowerPointを活用し、企画提案書・施策資料などを構造的かつ分かりやすくまとめるスキル

あると好ましい経験・スキル

・通信、 IT領域の業務経験

・法人顧客への企画・営業の実務経験
